Return Policy

Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless the item has major defects, arrives damaged, the wrong item was received, or the package was not delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, including being unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, has major defects, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us first and provide details regarding the issue. After review and verification, we will arrange a replacement item as soon as possible.

The original item must still be returned to the address listed above for quality inspection and internal evaluation purposes.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still remain in their original condition, including being unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your payment will be partially or fully refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on the circumstances of the order and refund review. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
